I am overwhelmed at God’s goodness to send me here to serve at Memorial Park Church. I started here as an Interim Minister of Worship and the Arts, subbing for, and assisting, my good friend Jim Lueers. During that time I felt the Spirit moving toward me staying and I am amazed at the affirmations and confirmations from many people here of God’s leading toward this position. Thank you, Lord, and thank you! I have fallen in love with the people here and look forward to fruitful ministry as God leads. This all reminds me that I should never be surprised at what God does, just amazed! I have a desire to worship God as a lifestyle in Spirit and truth, loving God with all my heart (volition), soul (emotion), mind (thought life), and strength (physical action). I find great joy in seeing people find Jesus as their Lord and Savior; joining in with them on the life long journey to Christian maturity in thought, word, and deed. My continual prayer is to do God’s will, God’s way, nothing more, nothing less, nothing else. Doing the next right thing, whatever that may be.
